Payments and reservations:

Payments must be received 30 days prior to the arrival date after the final confirmation of the arrangements and itinerary of the program. However, any add on for the schedule and program requires separate confirmation and payments.

Amendments:

Amendments shall be considered at least one week prior to the commencement of the confirmed tour package. Any changes made to the original booking are strictly subject to availability. In case the revised request is not considered due to non-availability, the original booking will be considered.

For any acceptable changes in the original booking, the new rates and any administrative charges thereon will be made applicable. 

Cancellations and Refunds:

  • No refunds are allowable in the event of a “No Show” for an existing confirmed reservation.
  • In the subject of refund, it will be transferred to the same account.
  • There will be no refund for any portion of a pre-packaged program not used by the client.
  • Any portion of a pre-packaged program that the client does not use will not be refunded.

Children Policy:

Every age has it is own restrictions, however, in most cases under 2 years old: are free of charge, but we do recommend checking with our support to have a better knowledge of the package.

Flights

Domestic Flights:

The programs specified in the package quote the best price of flights that match up with the itinerary of the tour schedule.  

International Flights:

Global Safari welcomes to assist the clientele with flight ticket reservations if requested, however, payment in advance will be required for the additional services and flights to be booked.

Accommodation:

Global Safari shall receive a list of all participants to do the room distribution at least one month prior to arrival. It is critical that the names given match the names listed on the visa applications.

Documents:

Itinerary information will be available to at the first day of arrival and cars will be available for pick-up at a downtown location. Documents will not be mailed out in advance unless a special arrangement is made for groups.

Rates, commission & tax:

Clients arriving for city stays must have an authorized voucher with their reservation details clearly written on it. This applies to hotel reservations for clients who have booked independently of any package tour, as well as pre-and post-tour reservations for your clients.
